"Nancy Zacherl has been our State Farm agent for the past 24 years. We have our home insurance and car insurance through her office. In 24 years of car accidents caused by deer/other drivers/etc. and home damages, she has been nothing short of amazing in her support and expertise in getting us back on our feet. Recently, coming back from my Navy veteran group Christmas show, my wife and I were hit head on by an impaired driver and I contacted Nancy. She immediately went to work setting up our claim while expressing concern for my wife and my well-being. When I told her that I could not find my cell phone from the accident, she took it upon herself to call the towing company that was storing the car, and offered to go there herself to get the cellphone or take me over if they would not give it to her, since I could not yet drive from my injuries. She called and they could not find the phone, so Nancy called the Ambulance Service to see if it may have fallen out in the ambulance. It was later found that the firemen gave the phone to a police officer who stored it at the station. Nancy’s amount of concern and compassion towards her clients and unsurpassable insurance expertise is above and beyond what a normal agent would do. I highly recommend Nancy and her awesome staff that go out of their way to help make your life normal again."
